I love Arrested Development but I have no love for its crazy fans who quote everything even the lines that are not that funny and talk about it all the time and make all their Facebook cover photos into screenshots from the show.
I did 3 sets of 12 squats at 90 pounds last night!! That is definitely a record for me, in my current level of fitness, though my personal best a few years ago was 190 pounds, so…I have a ways to go before I get back there.
But it was hard and felt so good to do it!

First ever 5k PR
PR stands for personal record, right? Anyway, my time today (walking) was 43:50.
I’m doing another 5k tomorrow (I didn’t realize when I signed up for these two events that they were in the same weekend) which I plan on walking as well, but I’m hoping to at least match the time I got today.

If you recall, last night, I was super craving a donut. The reason for that was because our new office cafeteria always has delicious looking donuts and I wanted one yesterday morning, but didn’t get one.

I just unfollowed someone who has a mainly ballet-themed blog because she posted a photo of a bare torso that focused on the protruding ribs of the model. I follow ballet blogs that only have images and gifs of dancers, none of the unhealthy body image stuff.

Just got back from seeing Les Miserables at the Pioneer Theatre Company, the local Equity theatre. It was so great!! As my friend I went with said, totally washed the bad taste of the movie away!

Always pay off the debt with the highest interest rate first. Put any debt in order of highest to lowest rate and focus any extra funds on the debt with the highest rate until it is paid off and then move your way down. You save the most this way.

My debit card number was stolen, and someone made a bunch of charges. Joke’s on them though, because the card was declined for a number of them because I’m a broke mo fo!
